General Booking Help

Booking a Delta Vacations trip is as easy as 1-2-3. Please refer to the guidelines below while booking.

Note: Some reservation types are not available to book online. If your reservation includes any of the following scenarios or other special needs, please contact your travel agent or call us at 1-800-800-1504:

  • Multiple origins or destinations on one reservation
  • More than four hotel rooms or nine passengers
  • Multiple car rentals
  • Handicap requests
  • Unaccompanied minors (children under the age of 15 traveling alone)
  • Traveling with infants 2 years of age or younger (see “Children’s Ages” below)
  • Reservations that include an escorted tour

In addition, if you are using a previously issued Delta Vacations air ticket, Delta/NWA-issued vouchers or certificates, such as Transportation Credit Voucher (TCV), Electronic Credit Voucher(ECV/E-TCV), Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO), or Electronic Denied Compensation Credit, please contact your travel agent or call Delta Vacations at 1-800-800-1504.

1. Package Type

Air + Hotel: Requires airfare and hotel stay. All passengers must depart from and return to the same city. Maximum 4 rooms and 9 passengers per booking.

Air + Car: Requires airfare and car rental, or other transfer option, in destination. Car rental rates are based on 24-hour time periods. You can change the return time of the vehicle to be greater than the 24-hour time period, and the days and price will be calculated accordingly. Note: If you are late returning the vehicle, you will be subject to additional charges from the rental company, payable directly to the rental car company at time of return.

Book a Ski Package: Plan and book your ski vacation package online. Or, if you need additional information or assistance, you can call the reservations center and receive advice from one of our experienced ski reservations agents.

2. Search Flights

Search Flights allows you to search air availability by:

  • Best Price: See the lowest available airfare options for your selected travel dates
  • Flight Schedule: Select the flight times that best fit your schedule.

Select a Departure City: Delta Vacations packages are currently available from cities in the United States and Canada that are served by Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines or its affiliate partners.

Select a Destination: Choose from hundreds of popular vacation destinations around the world.

Departure/Return Date: Select your desired travel dates.

Number of adults: Select the number of adults that will be traveling (18 years of age and older).

Number of rooms: Select the number of rooms needed. If you would like to book more than four rooms or nine passengers, please contact your travel agent or call us at 1-800-800-1504.

Children’s Ages: Enter the ages of children traveling under the age of 18.

  • Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-800-1504 once you complete your booking online. If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. Regardless of your destination, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant when making your reservation.

3. Delta Vacations Promo Code/E-Certificate

You may apply a Delta Vacations promo code or e-cert to receive a discount or special offer on your reservation. The promo code will be validated and the appropriate discount will be deducted if terms and conditions are met. If you do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer, the discount will not be applied. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer or call 1-800-800-1504 with questions.

If you do not have a promo code or e-cert, please refer to the Deals section to determine if there is an offer that you can take advantage of.

Note: Delta Air Lines or Northwest Airlines e-certs, reference codes and other offers cannot be applied towards a Delta Vacations package.
