• Purchase any Delta Vacations air and hotel package or air, hotel, and car package from any Delta Vacations origin in the U.S. or Canada to any Delta Vacations destination between May 24 - Dec 31, 2010, for travel anytime.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to your e-certificate number.
• Discount is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Delta Air Lines®, Alaska Airlines®, Hawaiian Airlines®, and/or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines®; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in all Delta Vacations destinations.
• Discount applies to active-duty U.S. military personnel and their travel companion(s) who travel with them on the same itinerary. Military personnel must be on active duty at time of booking and redemption.
• Minimum 2-night hotel stay required.
• Minimum purchase of $999 per booking is required.
• Discount is $50 on packages of $999 - $1,999; $100 on packages of $2,000 - $3,999; $150 on packages of $4,000 - $5,999; and $200 on packages of $6,000 or more.
• Maximum discount is $200 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible component.
• Receive 500 SkyMiles bonus miles in addition to credited flight miles per passenger with qualified SkyMiles number.
• SkyMiles number must be added to the booking to receive bonus miles.
  
• Maximum of 500 additional bonus miles per qualified passenger..
  
• Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
• Discount is not valid with Ski packages, other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, free or award tickets, web fares, senior fares or child rates); for groups of 20 or more; and is not retroactive.
• The discount e-certificate cannot be sold or transferred. Purchased or transferred discount certificates are void and the booking will be adjusted to the full price of the vacation package, without applying the discount.
• Must be purchased through Delta Vacations.
• Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.
• Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
• No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
• Programs and availability may vary. Delta Vacations air reservations may be made up to 331 days in advance of flight departure.
• Delta Vacations must issue all airline tickets.
• Standard Terms and Conditions apply; other restrictions may apply.
• Delta Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
