Price Guarantee

We guarantee that you are getting the best price for your vacation. If, within 24 hours of making a reservation, you find a better price for the same vacation with one of our competitors, we’ll match it and give you $50 towards a future trip with us.

To request a price guarantee, make a reservation with Delta Vacations. Within 24 hours of making a reservation, submit the following Price Guarantee Form and we’ll get back to you within 3 business hours. It’s that easy. For further information, see the Terms and Conditions

When requesting a price guarantee, keep in mind:

1. Trips must be exactly the same.
   • Flight — same airline, cabin, flight numbers, flight times, origin, destination, number of passengers, and days and dates of travel
   • Hotel — same hotel, room category, length of stay, hotel plan, number of people in room, destination, and type of transfer (if applicable); and whether the hotel is refundable/non-refundable
   • Car Rental — same car rental company, car type/class, number of car rental days, and destination
2. Trips must include a flight and either hotel or car rental. Single components of a booking are not eligible; only the entire reservation will be considered.
3. The $20 charge for new bookings made over the phone through our Reservations Center will not be waived or refunded when requesting a price guarantee.
4. Trips purchased more than 24 hours prior to price guarantee request are not eligible.
5. You must supply complete documentation of the competitor’s price and the competitor must have space available at the time of the request. You can either fax a copy of the competitor’s booking to 1-888-848-4819, or attach supporting documentation of the booking.
6. If the request involves a promotional code, enter the promotional code and details of the offer in the Additional Information field on the Price Guarantee Form below.
