Vacation Reservations

1. Select the type of package you would like from the Package type drop-down list.
2. Enter the departure city in the Leaving from box, and the destination city in the Going to box. You can enter the full city name or the airport code.
3. Enter the Departure date and the Return date in the format mm/dd/yyyy. If you are unsure of the exact date, click the calendar button and select your date.
4. Select the Time you would like to leave.
5. Select the number of Adults and Children traveling from the appropriate drop-down boxes. If you indicate that you are traveling with children, you will be asked to select their age(s).
6. Select either Coach or First Class from the Preferred cabin drop-down box.
7. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the Promo code box.
8. Click GO.

Package Type

A Package type is a specially priced travel deal that you create by combining certain travel components: Flight + Hotel; Flight + Hotel + Car; Hotel + Car or Transfer; or Flight + Car. Booking a vacation package gives you the flexibility to build your own ideal trip and is often considerably less expensive than purchasing travel components individually.

1. Flight + Hotel: combined with selecting anytime in the Time drop-down list, this option will return the lowest cost airfare and hotel package. A car is an optional travel component and may be added or removed if available. At destinations where rental cars are not available, a transfer (roundtrip transportation between the airport and your hotel) will automatically be included in the package.
2. Flight + Hotel + Car: combined with selecting anytime in the Time drop-down list, this option will return the lowest cost airfare, hotel, and car package. All travel components of this package type are required and cannot be removed. At destinations where rental cars are not available, you will be prompted to select Flight + Hotel from the Package type drop-down list and to search again.
3. Hotel + Car or Transfer: will return the lowest cost hotel and car or transfer (roundtrip transportation between the airport and your hotel). A car or transfer travel component is required to checkout. At destinations where rental cars are not available, a transfer will automatically be included in the package.
4. Flight + Car: combined with selecting anytime in the Time drop-down list, this option will return the lowest cost airfare and car package. All travel components of this package type are required and cannot be removed. At destinations where rental cars are not available, you will be prompted to select Flight + Hotel from the Package type drop-down list and to search again.

Remember, always select anytime in the Time drop-down list to find the lowest prices on vacation packages.
