Your satisfaction is guaranteed with your Super-Inclusive vacation. If you're unhappy with your stay, just let the general manager know before your second night. If the general manager can't make it better, they'll give you a credit voucher for the entire value of the unused portion of your hotel stay, good for up to 1 year at a Breezes Resorts & Spas. With spectacular Breezes Resorts & Spas in Jamaica and the Bahamas, you're sure to find your perfect paradise. Sunshine Guarantee**
It's simple. Every day is SUN day. For each and every day the sun doesn't show its face during your stay at Breezes, you'll receive a credit voucher equal to that day's Super-Inclusive room value, good for 1 year toward another Breezes vacation. At each resort, the watersports director will make each day's official sunshine determination. On those rare occasions when the Sunshine Guarantee is declared, please ask the front desk for your sunshine credit voucher. Hurricane Policy***
On-property guests — Should a hurricane happen to strike the resort, guests at the resort will receive a reimbursement for the total value of disrupted nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted nights for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare. Arriving guests — In the event that guests are unable to arrive as scheduled, the following options are available: guests may arrive after the storm passes. Either for the same number of nights, in which case, every effort will be made to confirm the dates and categories, but guarantee no (hotel) rate increase—OR—stay for fewer nights, in which case you'll receive a voucher for future travel equal to the interrupted nights. *Satisfaction Guarantee applicable at all Breezes' Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica and the Bahamas. Does not apply to affiliate brand resorts. **Sunshine Guarantee applicable at all Breezes' Super-Inclusive Resorts in Jamaica. Does not apply to resorts in the Bahamas or affiliate brand resorts. ***Breezes Resorts may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, recommend that all arriving guests reschedule their visit until after the storm has passed. Should such notification be issued, vouchers will be issued for future travel at the rate paid. Based on availability and blackouts may apply. Arriving guests who elect to arrive, despite recommendations, do so with the implicit understanding that no compensation will be forthcoming for any disruption in services and/or inclusions that may occur as a result of the storm.
