  As of 8/24/11:

  South wing of rooms will be closed to allow for soft good refurbishment to occur in those rooms. All work will be of painting, linen replacement and decoration updating. There will be no construction occuring at the resort. This project is expected to be completed by end of September, 2011.

  Beginning May 2012:

  The hotel will be close and undergo a complete refurbishment of the general common areas, pool, restaurant, and reception. It is expected to be completed by the end of July 2012.
