Update July 1, 2010: The Aston Pacific Monarch is re-launching with a fresh island-style ambiance and modern amenities. A total of 140 units are scheduled to be completed by July 2010 for a total renovation cost of over $3.5 million. The property has undergone room renovations including contemporary bedding, 32" LCD high-definition TVs, energy efficient lighting, new window coverings and floor coverings, customized solid wood furniture and cabinets, redesigned kitchen with Zodiaq Quartz countertops and new appliances that include refrigerators with icemakers and radiant glass-top stoves. The property has remained open for business during renovations and the Aston Pacific Monarch has minimized guest inconvenience by designating buffer zones one floor above and below construction areas. For added comfort and convenience, renovation work is also restricted to 8:00am . 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The Aston Pacific Monarch is a renovated condominium resort that is a great choice for active travelers on a budget. Located less than two blocks from Waikiki Beach, the Aston Pacific Monarch is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. All accommodations are spacious and recently redecorated. Junior suites offer kitchenette facilities while the one-bedroom suites feature complete kitchens. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors dramatically open one entire wall to the tropical trade winds and the excitement of Waikiki. The only rooftop swimming pool in Waikiki affords spectacular views. Guests can also enjoy the sauna, jet spa, and hospitality lounge. |
