Construction

Update March 8, 2010: Effective March 1, 2010 guests are guaranteed a renovated suite in all categories. The final suites are being remodeled and the total $13.5 million renovation project will be completed in May of 2010. Update May 21, 2009: The one bedroom mountain, one bedroom ocean, and two bedroom ocean units are now completed. The renovations include new, fresh, neutral tone painting and earth tone wood, new lighting fixtures, completely redesigned kitchen, all new furniture including new 32" high-definition TV. Completion of all units is scheduled for May, 2010. December, 19, 2008: This property will be undergoing room renovations for all 312 units, costing nearly $13.5 million dollars, and will include new furniture and appliances, new lighting fixtures, painting, and new air conditioning units. Renovation work will be restricted to 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, starting January 1, 2009 with an expected completion date of December 31, 2009.

Every suite is decorated with tropical flair and offers complete kitchen facilities as well as a private lanai. Most offer extraordinary views of the ocean, the mountains, or Diamond Head. Complimentary morning coffee is served in the lobby daily. Guests can relax by the heated pool or in the sauna and play tennis on the lighted tennis court. Barbecue grills are available as well as all the fixings at the sundry store. |
