Construction

April 3, 2013: The Aston Islander on the Beach will be undergoing a spalling project from April 15 - July 25, 2013. This project will enhance the buildings' structure so that hotel may continue providing an exceptional product and and experience for guests. The resort will do everything possible to ensure guests' comfort. The following measures will be taken to minimize the impact of this project on the guest experience: Work will be done only Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and the work schedule for each building will be staggered to minimize noise disruption. Work is only being done on 3 of 7 hotel buildings. The Hawaii Building will be worked on April 15-May 24, the Lanai Building on May 11-June 14, and the Molokai Building on June 1-July 25. Guests will not be placed in the building being renovated. Dust screens will be installed to mitigate airborne dust.
