  Update Jan 18, 2013:

  The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa will undergo a multi-million dollar addition to the resort. This project will commence March 6, 2013 and will be completed in December 2014. The scope of work is limited to the Napili Parking lot and will not impact the resort experience for our guests while they enjoy the property and signature Hawaiian Hospitality. Guests purchasing "Resort View" or "Partial Ocean View" will not be checked into the rooms located on back side of Napili Tower facing the work. No Ocean View, Ocean Front or Regency Club rooms exist on this side of the resort and as such none of these categories will be impacted in any way. Due to the project's isolated location, no hotel operations, services or amenities will be impacted as a result of the addition of the new tower.
