• Only ceremonies performed by a Judge are legally binding and couples must fulfill the required government documentation prior tothe wedding date. Please verify all requirements with the wedding coordinator of the hotel.
• Wedding ceremonies performed by a Minister are not legally binding and it is the couple’s responsibility to get married legally in their home country pre/post travel.
• A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold and confirm the wedding date. Deposit is payable directly to the resort and will be applied to additional charges acquired during stay. If for any reason this credit is not used in full, the remaining balance will be refunded at checkout.
