Marigot Bay. Penthouse Suites have been carefully positioned higher
on the Marigot Bay hillside to offer commanding views of the bay,
the surrounding lush green hillsides, and the wider expanse of the
Caribbean Sea. Every suite features a handsome four-poster bed,
high beamed ceilings in the bedroom, its own private outdoor Jacuzzihigh beamed
off the main living room, and a full well appointed kitchen.

• The Boudreau Restaurant - French colonial-style, fine dining open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Named after Walter Boudreau, the legendary schooner captain who first sailed into the bay and built the first hotel. This reastaurant features Boudreau memorabilla and historical pictures.

• Only ceremonies performed by a Judge are legally binding and couples must fulfill the required government documentation prior tothe wedding date. Please verify all requirements with the wedding coordinator of the hotel.
• Wedding ceremonies performed by a Minister are not legally binding and it is the couple’s responsibility to get married legally in their home country pre/post travel.

Government regulation and required documentation to get married in St. Lucia (legal civil ceremony)

• A wedding in St. Lucia requires the couple to be on the island for at least 3 business days prior (not including day of arrival,weekends or holidays) to submitting an application for license. Couple must have proof of status, which is single, divorced, or widowed.
• Completed marriage application (provided at hotel)
• Couples 17 years of age and under require parental approval.
• Names on passport and birth certificate must match. This name will also be used as the maiden name on the wedding application.
• All foreign language documents must be legally translated to English and submitted with original language documents.
