New pricing program where the advertised vacation price will include all hotel and flight taxes and fees

(EDINA, Minn., Nov 29, 2011) — In response to travel agent and consumer feedback, Delta Vacations has implemented "No-Surprise Pricing" with advertised prices representing the complete price, including all hotel and flight taxes and fees required by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

As a convenience to customers, Delta Vacations has implemented this new pricing structure well before the new disclosure policy is required by the U.S. Department of Transportation, which has set a deadline of January 24, 2012.

Delta Vacations Announces Travel Insurance Enhancements

New travel insurance refund enhancement gives travelers additional peace of mind when purchasing a vacation

(EDINA, Minn., Nov 15, 2011) — Based on recent travel agent and consumer feedback, Delta Vacations has enhanced the Travel Protection Plan PLUS insurance product so that refunds will now be issued in the original form of payment, should travelers need to cancel their vacation.

This means that travelers who purchase Travel Protection Plan PLUS from Delta Vacations, are now eligible to get their refund, including cancel fees, in their original form of payment and no documentation is needed if they have to cancel their trip prior to departure.

The new refund enhancement is only available through the Travel Protection Plan PLUS, which also includes a lowest price guarantee that promises if they find a lower price on the same vacation package, Delta Vacations will give them a refund of the difference.

Delta Vacations currently offers two travel insurance plans: Travel Protection Plan and Travel Protection Plan PLUS, which are designed to assure travelers that their investment, and their family are protected when they purchase a vacation package.
