National Premium Package
Delta Vacations offers the National Premium Package, which lets
you pre-register all your rental information so you can bypass
the rental counter and go directly to your car. In addition,
all insurance, taxes, and surcharges are included; you have
your choice of vehicles; up to 5 additional drivers are included
at no extra charge; and the primary driver will earn 100 bonus
miles per day through the SkyMiles program.

*Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, between cities listed. Sunday and Monday departures and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
returns via nonstop or connecting service on Delta Air Lines, and are valid for specific travel dates between Jan 4 – Mar 11, 2009. Advance
purchase requirements vary. Two-night minimum stay; 30-day maximum stay. Other travel days and dates and accommodations are available
at other prices. May require travel on specific flights or times; blackout dates may apply. Prices include $200 roundtrip international fuel
surcharge. Prices with air travel included do not include Federal Excise tax of $3.60, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50, and the
September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 for each flight segment; for travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax
of up to $16 is not included; and for international travel, including travel to/from PR/U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax
of up to $32.20 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security, or other similarly based charges, fees, or taxes of up to $299 are not included,
depending on itinerary. For travel within the United States/PR/U.S. Virgin Islands, $15 fee for 1 checked bag and $25 for second checked bag
when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. There is a $5 surcharge for each of the first 2 bags when checking in via ticket
counter, kiosk, or curbside. For all other travel, no fee for 2 checked bags ($50 for second checked bag for travel to/from Europe) and $200 fee
for third checked bag. Fees are charged each-way. Allowances subject to size/weight limits.
