Double Rebate Terms and Conditions

• Offer is not retroactive, and cannot be applied to previously booked packages.
• Any changes to the group may impact the group inclusions.
• Names are required at time of booking, and name changes are not allowed.
• Number of rooms permitted with Flexible Getaways program:
• For most Caribbean, Mexico, Latin American and Las Vegas hotels, a maximum of 19 rooms are allowed with the Flexible Getaways program; all other destinations have a maximum of nine rooms (local labor regulations, inventory availability, bellman contracts, etc., can impact group size restrictions). However, each hotel sets their own policies on the number of rooms available under the program, which may be as low as four.
• If you have a flexible group with more rooms, please call us prior to booking to check availability.
• Best Western Hotels on direct connect excluded from this program.
• Rebate of up to $100 per booking is available at participating resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.
• Rebate is $25 per booking in the U.S. 48 or Canada or $50 per booking in Mexico and $100 per booking at specific hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

• A rebate of up to $100 per booking will be sent to the lead booking in the form of a check 8-10 weeks after travel is complete. Rebates are combined up to the total price of the travel coordinator’s booking. If payment was made using travel agency credit card or agency check, it is the travel agency's responsibility to send the rebate to the lead booking.
• The rebate requires a minimum of 10 people booking flight and hotel, or hotel and ground transportation, at select all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels and UNICO 20º87º; select Barceló Hotel Group properties; select Karisma Hotels & Resorts; select RIU Hotels & Resorts; select La Colección Resorts; select Marival Resort & Suites; select Playa Hotels & Resorts, select TAFER Hotels & Resorts; or select Velas Resorts.
• If the group earns any complimentary credits from the hotel, they will forfeit the rebate portion of this offer.
• Group inclusions and amenities can change at any time and are at the resort’s discretion. Any complimentary stays or upgrades will be applied to the trip leader’s or bride/groom’s reservation unless otherwise noted by the group leader.
• Any eligible group inclusions must adhere to the conditions set by the hotel such as minimum/maximum passenger requirements, valid booking/travel dates and any applicable blackout dates, etc.; and are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
• All resort complimentary credits are processed approximately three days prior to travel, and are refunded to the designated reservation via the original form of payment. Hotel complimentary credits are typically based on the most common hotel room category booked and the most common length of stay booked. Hotel’s complimentary credit value is at the hotel’s discretion. Only rooms booked through Delta Vacations will count toward the complimentary credit eligibility.
• Complimentary credits are not commissionable.
• Flexible Getaways are not designed for true traditional groups that want assurances all will be placed in the same area of hotel, bellman assistance, meeting space, etc.
• Some hotels may not make this program available during holidays and Spring Break.
• Double rebate at participating all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels and UNICO 20º87º is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made July 19, 2017 – December 31, 2019, for travel December 22, 2017 – April 30, 2020.
• Double rebate at participating Barceló Hotel Group's hotels and resorts is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made July 24, 2017 – December 31, 2019, for travel January 1, 2018 – April 30, 2020.
• Double rebate at participating Karisma Hotels & Resorts is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made July 24, 2017 - December 31, 2019, for travel January 1, 2018 – April 30, 2020.

• Double rebate at participating Meliã International Hotels is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made March 1 – December 31, 2019, for travel March 1, 2019 – April 30, 2020.
• Double rebate at participating Playa Hotels & Resorts is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made August 10, 2017 - December 31, 2019, for travel December 16, 2017 – April 30, 2020.
• Double rebate at participating RIU Hotels & Resorts is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made July 20, 2017 - December 31, 2019, for travel December 23, 2017 – April 30, 2020.

• Double rebate at participating Velas Resorts is valid as stated in these terms and conditions, for bookings made September 20, 2017 - December 31, 2019, for travel September 20, 2017 - April 30, 2020.

Flexible Getaways Terms and Conditions:

• Purchase a Delta Vacations flight and qualifying hotel package, or qualifying hotel and ground transportation package, from any Delta Vacations origin in the U.S. or Canada to the Delta Vacations destination and hotels listed above up to 10 days prior to lead traveler’s arrival in destination.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to the promotional code you have received.
• Lead booking does not determine package rates. All packages are subject to availability and pricing at time of booking.
• Discount is intended for recipients of this promotional code. If these terms and conditions are not complied with, the promotional code discount will be removed from the booking, and the full amount of the booking will be collected.
• If an alternate promotional code is used, travelers will not qualify for the Flexible Getaways discount, rebate or other amenities provided in destination.
• Offer is valid on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France, Alitalia, Bahamasair, Aeromexico, Virgin Australia International, Virgin Atlantic, China Southern, WestJet and/or their codeshare partners; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify.
• The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels.
• All guests must stay at same hotel.
• Minimum 3-night hotel stay required. (Asia/Pacific destinations require a 4-night stay, but Flexible Getaways is applicable to all hotels with Delta Vacations.)
• Discount is $25 off bookings of $699-$999; $50 off bookings of $1,000-$2,499; $100 off bookings of $2,500-$4,999; and $225 off bookings of $5,000 or more.
• Minimum package purchase of $699 per booking is required. Package purchase includes flight and hotel, or flight, hotel and car rental, plus any optional activities or hotel and ground transportation.
• Maximum discount is $225 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible land component.
• Additional baggage charges for checked luggage may apply, as well as any applicable hotel/resort fees or departure taxes collected by hotel/resort/airport at destination.
• Discount is not applicable to airfare; ski; dive; Globus family of brands including Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon and is not retroactive.
• Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.
• Discount does not apply to taxes, fees and carrier-imposed surcharges.

• Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
• Discount is not applicable to traditional contracted groups.
• No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is canceled.
• Programs and availability may vary. Delta Vacations air reservations may be made up to 331 days in advance of flight departure.
• Delta Vacations must issue all airline tickets.
