Offer terms and conditions
- Purchase any Delta Vacations flight, hotel, and car rental; or flight and car rental; or hotel and car rental package from any Delta Vacations origin to any destination in the U.S.A. or Canada between Apr 1–June 30, 2013 for travel to Hawaii through Mar 31, 2014 and all other destinations through Dec 15, 2013.
- Car rental rates do not include:
- Taxes and governmentally authorized or imposed surcharges
- Concession recoupment fees
- Airport access fees and facility fees
- Optional items (such as fuel, insurance, additional drivers (except where stated), and additional hourly or drop charges)
- Overstay fee - If a customer extends the rental any time after the vehicle has been picked up at the rental location, regardless of whether or not an additional voucher is presented, a fee of $10.99 per day will be assessed in addition to the applicable rates. These fees will be payable by the customer. Renters are responsible to pay these charges directly to the car provider.
- Offer is not applicable to airfare; Ski, Dive, Asia escorted tours, or Globus family of brands including Globus, Cosmos, Monograms, and Avalon packages; on blackout dates; for groups of 10 or more; and is not retroactive.
- Must be purchased through Delta Vacations.
- Offer will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
- No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
- Programs and availability may vary. Delta Vacations flight reservations may be made up to 331 days in advance of flight departure.
- Delta Vacations must issue all airline tickets.
- Standard Terms and Conditions apply; other restrictions may apply. A $20 charge applies to new bookings made over the phone.
- Delta Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
